Born in CDMX, but feeling oaxacan since he was six years old. He confesses to be a lover of the culture and gastronomy of this state where he exclaims that day a day he continues to discover new facets and tastes. This lover of the memelas tells that find his passion in the kitchen from the hand of his grandmother.
He says that respects the typical Oaxacan tastes in the menu, but he invites us to have an open mind, because the new techniques define the final result of La Tradicion cuisine.
